"First class service! 🌟 I needed a rescue dog taking to her new adopters in London, from Devon.

I was given, and accepted, a very reasonable quote.

Michael kept me informed of ETA on his way here, and again 20 minutes before he arrived, which was useful for me to get things ready.

Hoff Dog Pet Travel, van was

Clean, well kitted out, and the cage was large enough for my dog. Water was provided thought the journey on the side of the cage.

Elsa arrived at her destination

Safely, and at the time quoted. Michael, again, keeping myself and Elsa's new owner updated along his journey.

Elsa was treated with kindness throughout.

I can't recommend 'HOFF DOGS PET TRAVEL' enough.

My dogs was collected from Ireland back to England and he was so chilled relaxed and so calm and through out the day we was kept up dated I really can't express how happy I am that I chose Michael to collect them. "We cannot recommend Michael or his company more highly. He recently transported our Golden Retriever and two cats from Manchester to Italy. All 3 are nervous animals and we were quite apprehensive, but at every stage - from initial emails through to final drop off - Michael’s kindness and professionalism put us at complete ease. We had regular updates and photos/videos throughout along with clear communication from start to finish. The animals were so well cared for, in future I wouldn’t trust anyone else with the job! Got there on time, was part of the WhatsApp travel group, he sent me videos and photos of her and I got regular updates.

"This was a perfect service from start to finish. Michael responded quickly to my initial enquiry and gave a very reasonable price for moving our 2 dogs. I had to move the date I gave him and he was very accommodating.

"Michael collected me & my 3 legged incredibly anxious rescue dog Bebe from orly airport, Paris arriving from Morocco. He was calm, extremely organised and very approachable. "We shopped around many pet transport services before we found Michael. Unlike many of the other companies I spoke to, he was lovely over the phone and more than happy to give me a reasonable quote.

He moved my puppy from London to Aberdeen, liaising with me and the breeders to make sure the puppy had everything he needed.

Michael managed the trip in one day, and was very accommodating to our puppy’s needs and our schedule. He did an amazing service for a great price.
